Cellulite! The Bane of Female Existence.

So now that I’ve started CrossFit I’m noticing all of this cellulite on my legs and my stomach and/or it could also be that I’m more self-conscious because I’m dating a 36 year old Adonis who is also into CrossFit. Up to this point I have been using 12% Glycolic acid lotion and Hyaluronic Acid lotion daily for 8 months which has really helped to brighten my skin, but is not helping with cellulite. I‘ve started researching and as I’m a big proponent of Vitamin A topically for anti-aging I figured this must be good internally as well as it helps to thicken the dermis layer and that assumption is right from the articles I’m reading. You do have to be careful with Vitamin A supplementation and not overdo it because you can swell your lymph nodes which will alarm you and cause you to think you’ve developed the Epstei-Barr virus. I’ve done it early in my schoolbig when we were learning about vitamins. Oops. Vitamin C is another supplement that I use externally and it helps to brighten and fade age spots as well as offer that antioxidant and sun protection to the skin and my theory here is that internally it should help with the building blocks of collagen as well as being an antioxidant which fights free radicals. Give me all of that please! Vitamin C also works better with Vitamin E and Ferulic acid and it turns out that Trans Ferulic Acid is also good for sports performance and is an antioxidant as well, so another win with adding that to this regimen. I’m going to take pictures (cover photo) and try this combination for a few months and report back to you with my findings of my little experiment.

How do you fight cellulite?
