You will mix 0.3ml lidocaine to each 8ml vial of Aqualyx and shake to mix. Note of caution: lidocaine can cause irreversible nerve damage so I advise you to use it sparingly but I also can’t use Aqualyx without lidocaine due to the pain.

Things I’ve learned!

#1 if you aren’t going to eat fewer calories than you burn you are doing this for nothing and all the fat cells come back

#2 when I started we didn’t have access to the Saxenda weightloss pen (Aesthetic Maison) so I wouldn’t bother with Aqualyx until I reached my goal weight and then I’d use Aqualyx to sculpt the area

#3 don’t bother with a second product for skin tightening I would do 20% TCA peels in the area to improve skin health. Use LBV10 at https://www.platinumskincare.com/?afmc=LBV10
